By | June 4, 2012

A blank rental lease is a simple arrangement which requires the user (lessee) to pay a specific amount to the owner (lessor) for the use of any asset. This lease has a specific time frame after which it gets expired and needs to be either renewed or terminated. This is a simple borrowing where the ownership of that asset is retained by the lessor. A blank rental lease is an agreement for the tangible objects like home, apartments, lands, instruments etc. These leases consist of the terms and conditions agreed between the parties involved.
