A business lease form is a document which highlights the terms and conditions of a business lease agreement. Such an agreement is established between a lessor and a lessee and it needs to be documented and represented in the form of a business lease agreement. A business lease agreement is a legal document which must be given the respect it deserves. A business lease form must be accurate and written according to legal norms.

Sample Business Lease Form:

The following document is a business lease form effected between Mr. Homer Rogers [to be known henceforth as the lessor] of Communications Inc. and Mr. Jimmy Kendricks [to be known henceforth as the lessee]. The lessor hereby agrees that he, representing his company, shall allow the lessee to establish a franchisee of the former’s company under his own name. The initial security deposit required by the lessor is 4 million USD. Apart from this, a monthly amount shall also be paid to the lessor. The lessee is also granted the permission to use the company logo for his products and for marketing purposes.

15% of the monthly profits of the lessee’s franchise must be submitted to the lessor. Apart from this, the lessor reserves the right to cancel or not renew the license of the lessee’s franchise. All terms and conditions of the business lease agreement must be carefully read and assimilated by both the lessor and the lessee. Any dispute regarding this shall be referred to the Court of New York.
