A business lease proposal is a type of document by which the owner of a property or equipment leases the asset to a tenant for commercial or business reasons. The proposal lays down the various terms associated with the lease. A business lease proposal can be written either by the lessor or the lessee. The proposal lays down the names and other contact details of the parties involved and the purpose of the lease proposal. The proposal must also mention the amount of rent to be paid, the duration of the lease, conditions of termination or any other rules and regulations to be considered during the lease.
