California Residential Lease

California residential lease is a document which is created when a residential property is leased in the California region. This lease is used by the residents of California and the property management companies working in California. This lease is entered between the owner of the property known as the lessor and the person who hires the property known as the lessee. The document is legal in nature and consists of the terms and conditions agreed between the parties involved.

This California residential lease is the rent agreement entered between the following parties:

  • Lessor: James Patrick
  • Lessee: Mark Eldridge

As per this agreement, the lessor agreed to lease his property located at H-98, Daffodil Road, California to the lessee.

Duration of Lease: 1 year

Date of commencement of the lease: 13-9.2011

  • The rent for the apartment is $3000per month and the lessee has to pay it in advance for every month. The rent can be given as cheque, DD, and Cash or can be deposited in the account of the lessor.
  • The lessee has to deposit the amount of $5000 towards security prior to the commencement date of the lease.
  • The utility bills along with the municipal bill have to be paid by the lessee which will be inclusive of local taxes.
  • Both the parties have to follow the rules and regulations mentioned in the lease. Any violation in the terms and condition will lead to legal penalty.
