A commercial lease form involves the detailed information regarding the leasing of any property or item which is to be used for commercial purposes. Such a document is a legal document and must be written in the correct manner. All information about the lessor, the lessee and the lease should be accounted for so that the document is a watertight one and foolproof as well. This document states that Mr. Jason Sullivan of Syntex Pvt. Ltd. [henceforth known as the lessee] shall lease a property amounting to 5Million USD from Mr. Daniel Gilbert of Realtek [henceforth referred to as the lessor] for commercial purposes. The property leased is located at 34 Amherst Row, New Jersey, and measures 5000sq feet in terms of area. The property cannot be demolished, damaged or changed in its configuration in any way. It shall be used for commercial purposes only and on no account can it be used for residential purposes. The initial refundable security of the property that the lessee must pay to the lessor by the 12th of June 2011 is 1 million USD. The date of commencement of the commercial lease is 24th June 2011 and the date of termination is 24th June 2014.

All terms and conditions of the commercial lease must be followed. Care should be taken to ensure that there are no errors in the document.
