A commercial office lease refers to the leasing arrangement which is made between two or more parties. In this arrangement one of the parties involved takes out a lease for a commercial office space from the other party involved. The lease arrangement is subject to a terms and conditions which define the course of action in the period of the lease as well as after the lease expires.   • The amount to be paid for the lease issued has been decided and negotiated by the parties involved.
  • On the expiry of the lease, the lessee has the first right to be considered for the renewal of the lease i.e. it is only after the current lessee refuses a renewal, can the owner lease the property to someone else.
  • The lessee is responsible for the repairs of the said property in the course of the lease.
  • This lease has been recorded in a legal document, hence any violations by either of the parties involved is a legal offence and shall be dealt with accordingly.
