An employee lease agreement is a document which identifies and sets forth the terms and conditions by which an employee will be hired by a company for a certain amount of time and with certain clauses attached. It is a legally valid document and must be written with careful consideration and through understanding of the agreement. It should be written by a trained professional.

Sample Employee Lease Agreement:

The following is an employee lease agreement by which we announce that Jarndyce and Sons [334 Oxford Street, London] will be hiring Mr. Samuel Rogers [M.A.] of 34 broad Street, New York, for a period of twelve months or one year as the assistant secretary to Mr. Charles Jarndyce. The date of commencement of the lease agreement is 2nd June 2011 and the lease shall be terminated on the 2nd of June 2012. Under this agreement, the employee shall be paid a monthly salary of 500 GBP. On further review of the employee’s performance in this duration, it may be extended. The employee lease agreement s subject to certain terms and conditions which must be read carefully and understood before the document is submitted for further inspection.
