Any case of damage or degradation of soil quality after the expiry of the contract will be considered as a breach of contract and will make the lessee liable to punishment.

Third Paragraph: In the third paragraph, the full signatures and names, along with full addresses and official designation, of the witnesses must be provided. Duly attested and signed documents have to be enclosed with the lease.
