This letter is to inform you that the agreement signed between you, the LESSEE and me, the LESSOR is nearing its termination date which is 1st July 2012. I request you to vacate the residential property before the termination date.

Commencement date of lease: 1st July 2010
Termination date of lease: 1st July 2012
Effective period: 24 months
Lease payment per month: $700
Unpaid amount: $700 (for the last month rent)
The following are the clauses of the termination of this landlord lease:
- The LESSEE will have to vacate the premises before the termination date. In case the LESSEE doesn’t vacate the property, he shall be forced to do so.
- The LESSEE must make the due payments one week before the termination date.
- The LESSEE must leave the premises in a proper clean condition and should fix all the repairs as well.
- The LESSOR can put the property on lease from the termination date onwards.
