Lease Extension Agreement Form

A lease extension agreement form is a document which contains an outline of the terms and conditions that will govern a lease extension agreement. Such a document is presented by the lessee after the lessor agrees to extend the duration of a prior lease agreement. The following document is a lease extension agreement form initiated by Mr. George Hill [henceforth referred to as the lessee] of 34 Billboard Avenue, California. He seeks an extension on the residential lease [number 334556] which was effected between the lessee and Mr. Jacob Rogers [henceforth referred to as the lessor] on 21st August 2011. The original lease was initiated for a period of 2 years and the date of termination of the lease is 21st August 2013. However, the lessee wishes the extension of the lease to be noted till the 21st of August 2014. The revised payment rates for the extended duration have been mentioned in the document attached to this form. A purpose of intent document is also attached with this form.

All the terms and conditions of the lease extension agreement must be carefully read and understood. In case of any disputes or contention, the matter shall be referred to the Civil Court of San Francisco.
