Lease Letters of Intent

By | January 6, 2012

The lease letters of intent are official documents that serve as proofs of the negotiation statements and deals of lease finalized between the lessor and lessee, or any other two parties involved in a lease. These types of lease letters are issued for the accomplishment of the general purpose of mentioning all terms and conditions inherent to a certain lease document, along with the relevant details of the adjacent clauses. Hence, the lease letters of intent should be prepared in keeping with the basic requirements of the respective documents.
