Subject: Lease termination

Respected Madam,

This is to inform you that I wish to terminate the apartment lease [lease number 374567] which I entered into with you on the 23rd of June 2011. The duration of the lease was three years. The date of commencement of the lease was 25th June 2011 and the date of termination was 25th June 2014.

I wish to discontinue with the apartment lease due to professional reasons. Having been transferred to California, I will be unable to continue residing in the leased apartment [34Madison Avenue, New Jersey]. Thereby I request you to consider my request so that I

can terminate the lease on the 25th of June 2013 instead of 2014 as earlier decided. All my dues till the 25th of June 2013 have been cleared. In lieu of clause 24 of the apartment lease, I agree of forfeit my refundable security deposit of 25000USD since the lease is being terminated before time.

Thanking you,

Allan Rogers,
