Office Copier Lease

An office copier lease is a document which outlines the terms and conditions of transferring, for a temporary duration, an office copier to a certain individual or company by another individual or business enterprise, or even a retail shop. The lease is affected between a lessor and a lessee, and in this case, the product being leased is an office copier. It is a legal document which has certain punitive implications if disobeyed or not adhered to by any of the participants in the lease.

Sample Office Copier Lease:

The following document is an office copier lease numbered 67646, issued by the Court of New York, and effected between Samuel Jones of “Copiers Pvt. Ltd.” located on Mayfield Avenue, New York [henceforth referred to as the lessor] and Dina Thomson, representing Sunshine Hardware Pvt. Ltd [henceforth referred to as the lessee], with effect from the 23rd day of the month of June, 2012. The duration of the office copier lease is two years and the dates of commencement and termination are 1st October 2012 and 30th September 2014 respectively. The office copier lease has been formalized after extensive discussions between both the parties concerned.

Fifteen office copiers will be loaned to the lessee by the lessor for the duration mentioned above at an initial security deposit amount of 200,000USD. Monthly rentals of 200USD shall be paid by the lessee starting from 5th November 2012. The payments have to be made by the 5th of every month failing which the lessee is liable to be punished for not adhering to the office copier lease agreement.
