Dear Mr. Ronald,

I am writing this letter with reference to your real estate property located at 67, High Rise Street, London that you advertised for leasing in the classifieds sections of Times Now on 1st April, 2013. I intent to take your property on lease as it suits my requirements.

I have been looking for a real estate property since a long time where I can shift with my family including my wife and 2 children. Your property which is of 1000 sq feet is perfect as per my requirements as it is close to my office as well as close to the school of my children.

I agree to all your terms and conditions that you mentioned in the advertisement and agree to pay a monthly lease of $300 along with one time security deposit of $1000. Please let me know when I can meet you to have a look at the property. If I need to provide any other information you can please feel free to contact me on 79988-87766.
