This residential lease agreement attests to the confirmation of the residential lease deal between Joseph Matthews of 45 Golf Road, New York, [henceforth referred to as the lessor] and Carlyle Jonas of 56 Tobias Allen Street, New Jersey [henceforth referred to as the lessee]. The latter shall lease an apartment owned by the former for duration of five years. The apartment shall be used for residential purposes only. The date of commencement of the residential lease agreement is 3rd June 2011 and the date of termination is thus 3rd June 2016.

The lessee has already paid an initial security deposit of 45000$ to the lessor [please check photocopy of attested and signed copy of the money receipt of the same attached to this document]. The lessee shall also have to pay monthly rentals of $3000 for the remaining period of the lease agreement. Upon completion of the residential lease agreement, the agreement may be renewed at the discretion of the lessor. The security deposit shall be refunded.
