Residential Lease Example

By | April 3, 2012

A residential lease example refers to a sample of a residential lease agreement or contract created by the owner of a house who shall be leasing the property to a tenant for residential purposes in return for a monthly rent. The lease document is made for a particular duration and the parties can extend the lease at the end of the term. The lease must give the names of both the parties clearly and the rent amount to be paid. Most landlords keep a security amount for any potential damages which must be included in the lease so that it can be returned to the tenant without any conflict at the end of the contract. Other terms and conditions can also be added regarding the maintenance of the house and the rights of the tenant.
