A short term hunting lease sets forth the provisions for leasing a hunting land to a willing person on a seasonal/weekly basis. This hunting lease specifies that Steven Butler (herein identified as landowner) has granted a hunting lease to Orson Bean (herein identified as hunter) by means of which the latter can hunt a fixed number of species from the property commissioned for hunting [the map and location details are provided herby].

The duration of the permit will be active from 5th January, 2011 to 15th January, 2011 (10 days), during which the hunter can conduct hunting activities barring the following species:

  • Deer
  • Rhinoceros
  • Tigers
  • Dodos and woodpeckers

The hunter will have to conform to the following provisions while being in possession of the lease:

  • He will pay total fees of $600 (rent plus tax) irrespective of the type and value of the victims hunted.
  • He will not give the right of hunting to any third party and not keep the gates open after use allowing deliberate or accidental third party intervention.
  • He will keep account of the games hunted every time and present them to the landowner.
  • He will make sure that hunting is not carried out in the forbidden or no-hunting zones.
