Surrender of Lease Form

By | January 6, 2012

A surrender of lease form is a document which is presented by a lessee to his lessor expressing the desire to withdraw his participation from the lease agreement. A lease surrender clause is often inserted into lease deals by means of which there is an opportunity for the lessee to surrender the lease and be done with it. However, since even a lease surrender form is a legal document, care should be taken to ensure that it is accurate and written in the correct format
