It is hereby informed to all concerned that the following is a tenant lease agreement effected between Mr. Samuel Purchas of 34 Newington Street, London [henceforth referred to as the lessor] and Mr. Daniel Robertson of Luster Garden Street, Manchester [henceforth referred to as the lessee] with due effect from the 23rd of June 2012. The duration of the tenant lease is three years and the dates of commencement and termination of the lease are 1st July 2012 and 1st July 2015 respectively. The piece of real estate to the leased to the tenant is located at Apple Orchards, Court Lane, London, and is of an area of 1200 sq. feet. The property is priced at 23 million USD according to current real estate pricings.

The initial security deposit to be paid to the lessor by the lessee is 2000 USD, which is refundable and will be returned to the lessee upon completion of the duration of the lease. All terms and conditions must be clearly understood by all concerned.
