Tenant Lease Renewal Letter

By | April 23, 2012

Tenant lease renewal letter is an official document that is issued by the lessee to forward his urge to the lessor to renew the tenant lease contract. It is a letter of request written in the interest of both the lessee and the lessor to further the professional relationship between the two by means of a lease renewal. The letter thus must bear all the detailed information about the existing tenant lease agreement and aims to establish the credibility of the lessee so that the lease renewal decision may go in his favor.

Mr. Roland Francis,

28/1, Hyde street,

River Park,

Dear Sir,

Subject: Request for renewal of tenant lease

This is to bring to your kind notice that the tenant lease agreement that was forged between us on September 23, 2010 comes to an end on September 22, 2012. However, looking back at our strong professional alliance in these years, I would like to request you to renew the agreement for another two years so that I may use the apartment on 26, Liberty Road, Appleton Town, Texas; that had been leased to me by contract no. 856943. I am happy to inform you that I have cleared all my dues timely in these years and would like you to keep the security deposit of 3500$ for another two years of our association.

I would be highly obliged if you consider and grant my request. You may notify me of your decision on the address stated below.

Looking forward to your reply,

Yours Faithfully,

Cynthia Barthes,

8C, South Colony,

Sudder Street,

New York.
